Correcting An Error

As mentioned in our last posting, Panoply is excited to be published in the May issue of Southern Living Magazine. We were contacted by Southern Living after they saw our work at the 2007 Atlanta Symphony Showhouse. In addition to the article featured in May's issue, we will have a children's playroom published in the June issue as well as two additional rooms to appear later this year.

With that being said, we must point out that credit was erronously given to Panoply in the May article. This mistake was not made by Panoply, rather by the contributing writer at Southern Living. Due to a change in staff, Southern Living did not submit a preview article to Panoply nor the homeowner for approval before publishing the article. We deeply regret their error and feel the need to give credit where credit is due. Panoply designer Christi Estes and Hearth & Home designer and owner Jamie McPherson worked together closely on the Blackburn's mud room project. Hearth & Home Interiors provided the cabinetry space planning, design of the cabinetry, selection of the countertops, plumbing selections, selection of the dutch door and the cabinetry finishes. The wainscoating design, paint color selections, wallcovering selection, fabric selections, window treatment and window seat design, flooring design and finishes, artwork and accessories were designed by Christi Estes of Panoply. In addition, the builder of the project, Tim Brown, was not given credit for the project.
